【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofsteelofcommercial,drawingandstructuralqualitiescoatedbyacontinuoushot-dipaluminium/zincalloycoatingprocess.Thealuminium/zincaltoycompositionbymassisnominally55%aluminium,1,6%siliconandthebalancezinc.Theproductisintendedforapplicationswherethecorrosioncharacteristicsofaluminiumcoupledwiththoseofzincaredesired.2Aluminium/zinc-coatedsteelsheetisproducedinthicknessesupto5mmaftercoating,andinwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsandcutlengths.Aluminium/zinc-coatedsteelsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet.NOTEValuesoftotaltheoreticalthicknessforcoatingmassaregiveninannexA.3Commercialqualityaluminium/zinc-coatedsteelsheet(quality01)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflat,orforbendingormoderateforming.4Drawingqualityaluminium/zinc-coatedsteelsheet(qualities02and03)areintendedfordrawingorsevereforming.ItisfurnishedtoalltherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardor,withagreementwhenordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcasethemechanicalpropertiesofTable3donotapply.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:02:Drawingquality03:Deepdrawingquality5Structuralqualityaluminium/zinc-coatedsteelsheetisproducedinsixgradesasdefinedbyaminimumyieldstress.
