【摘要】:ThevibrationcriteriaprovidedinthispartofISO10816applytomachinesetswith,forinstance,steamturbineorelectricaldrives,havingapowerabove15kWandoperatingspeedsbetween120r/minand15000r/min.ThemachinesetscoveredbythispartofISO10816include:—steamturbineswithpowerupto50MW;—steamturbinesetswithpowergreaterthan50MWandspeedsbelow1500r/minorabove3600r/min(notincludedinISO10816-2);—rotarycompressors;—industrialgasturbineswithpowerupto3MW;—pumpsofcentrifugal,mixedfloworaxialflowtype;—generators,exceptwhenusedinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplants;—electricalmotorsofanytype;—blowersorfans.NOTEHowever,itshouldbenotedthatthevibrationcriteriapresentedinthispartofISO10816aregenerallyonlyapplicabletofanswithpowerratingsgreaterthan300kWorotherfanswithareasonablyrigidstructure/framewhicharenotflexiblysupported.Asandwhencircumstancespermit,recommendationsforothertypesoffans,includingthosewhichareflexiblysupportedorwithlightweightsheetmetalconstruction,willbeprepared.Untilsuchtime,classificationsmaybeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandcustomer,usingresultsofpreviousoperationalexperience;seealsoISO14694.ThefollowingareexcludedfromthispartofISO10816:—land-basedsteamturbinegeneratorsetswithpowergreaterthan50MWandspeedsof1500r/min,1800r/min,3000r/min,or3600r/min(seeISO10816-2);—gasturbinemachineswithpowergreaterthan3MW(seeISO10816-4);—machinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplants(seeISO10816-5);—machinescoupledtoreciprocatingmachines(seeISO10816-6);—rotarypositivedisplacementcompressors(e.g.screwcompressors);—reciprocatingcompressors;—reciprocatingpumps;—submergedmotor-pumps;—windturbines.ThecriteriaofthispartofISO10816applytoinsitubroad-bandvibrationmeasurementstakenonthebearings,bearingpedestals,orhousingofmachinesundersteady-stateoperatingconditionswithinthenominaloperatingspeedrange.Theyrelatetobothacceptancetestingandoperationalmonitoring.TheevaluationcriteriaofthispartofISO10816areintendedtoapplytobothcontinuousandnon-continuousmonitoringsituations.ThispartofISO10816encompassesmachineswhichmayhavegearsorrollingelementbearings,butdoesnotaddressthediagnosticevaluationoftheconditionofthosegearsorbearings.Thecriteriaareapplicableonlyforthevibrationproducedbythemachinesetitselfandnotforvibrationwhichistransmittedtothemachinesetfromexternalsources.
