【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesahigh-performanceliquidchromatographic(HPLC)methodforthedeterminationofaflatoxinB1contentofanimalfeedingstuffsincludingthosecontainingcitruspulp.Thelowerlimitofdeterminationis1μg/kg.NOTE1ThisInternationalStandardmaybeapplicableforthedeterminationoftheaflatoxinB1contentofanumberofrawmaterialsandstraightfeedingstuffssuchascorngluten,groundnut,palmkernel,copra,citruspulp,tapioca,soyabean,ricebran,pollard,rapeseed,nigerseedandcottonseed(seereferences[1]and[2]).Thesematerialswere,however,notincludedinthecollaborativetestingofthemethod.NOTE2ThisInternationalStandardmayalsobeapplicableforthedeterminationofthecontentofthesumoftheaflatoxinsB1,B2,G1andG2.However,themethodhasnotbeenvalidatedforthisparameterbycollaborativetesting.
