【摘要】:Thisguidecoverssamplingforprebakedcarbonanodesusedintheproductionofaluminum,anddetailsproceduresfortakingtestsamplesfromanodeblocks.Itcoversequipmentandproceduresforobtainingsamplesfromanodeblocksinamannerthatdoesnotdestroytheblockorpreventitssubsequentuseasoriginallyintended.However,theusermustdeterminethesubsequentuseofthesampledanodeblocks.Preferredlocationsfortakingsamplesfromsingleunitsofanodesarecoveredinthisguide.Informationforsamplingofshapedrefractoryproducts,ingeneral,isgiveninISO5022.Thisstandarddetailsthestatisticalbasisforsamplingplansforacceptancetestingofaconsignmentorlot.AnodesusedintheproductionofaluminumhavespecificrequirementsforsamplingandwhilethestatisticalbasisforsamplinggiveninISO5022applies,furtherormodifiedrequirementsmayalsoapply.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThefollowingASTMstandardsarenotedassourcesofusefulinformation:TestMethodsC559,C611,C651,C747,C1025,C1039,andE1225.
