【摘要】:1GeneralThisEuropeanStandarddefinesaCalculationmethodforbolted,gasketed,circularflangejoints.Itspurposeistoensurestructuralintegrityandcontrolofleaktightness.ENV1591-2givesvaluesforgasketpropertieswhichcanbeusedintheCalculationmethod.2RequirementforuseoftheCalculationmethodWherepermitted,theCalculationmethodisanalternativetodesignvalidationbyothermeanse.g.-specialtesting;-provenpractice;-useofstandardflangeswithinpermittedconditions.3Validity3.1GeometryTheCalculationmethodisapplicabletotheconfigurationshaving:-flangeswhosesectionisgivenormaybeassimilatedtothosegiveninFigures4to12;-fourormoreidenticalboltsuniformlydistributed;-gasketwhosesectionandconfigurationafterloadingcanbeassimilatedbyoneofthosegiveninFigure3;-flangedimensionwhichmeetthefollowingconditions:a)0,2≤bF/eF≤5,0;0,2≤bL/eL≤5,0b)eF≥max{e2;dB0;pB×(0,01...0,10)×pB/bF}c)coss≥1/(1+0,01ds/es)NOTE1Forexplanationsofsymbolsseeclause3.NOTE2TheconditionbF/eF≤5,0neednottobemetforcollarincombinationwithlooseflange.NOTE3TheconditioneF≥pB×(0,01...0,10)pB/bFisforlimitationofnon-uniformityofgasketpressureduetospacingofbolts.Thevalues0,01and0,10aretobeappliedforsoft(non-metallic)andhard(metallic)gasketsrespectively.AmoreprecisecriterionisgiveninannexA.NOTE4Attentionmayneedtobegiventotheeffectsoftolerancesandcorrosionondimensions;referenceshouldbemadetoothercodesunderwhichthecalculationismade,forexamplevaluesaregiveninEN13445andEN13480.ThefollowingconfigurationsareoutsidethescopeoftheCalculationmethod:-flangesofessentiallynon-axisymmetricgeometry,e.g.splitlooseflanges,webreinforcedflanges;-flangeconnectionshavingdirectorindirectmetaltometalcontactbetweenflangesinsideand/oroutsidethegasket,insideand/oroutsidetheboltcircle,exceptthespecialcaseofspacer-seatedflanges,whichiscoveredinannexG.3.2MaterialsValuesofnominaldesignstressesarenotspecifiedinthisCalculationmethod.Theydependonothercodeswhichareapplied,forexamplethesevaluesaregiveninEN13445andEN13480.Designstressesforboltsaretobedeterminedasforflangesandshells.Themodelofthegasketsismodelledbyelasticbehaviourwithaplasticcorrection.Forgasketsinincompressiblematerialswhichpermitlargedeformations(forexample:flatgasketswithrubberasthemajorcomponent),theresultsgivenbytheCalculationmethodcanbeexcessivelyconservative(i.e.requiredboltingloadtoohigh,allowablepressureofthefluidtoolow,requiredflangethicknesstoolarge,etc.)becauseitdoesnottakeaccountofsuchproperties.3.3LoadsThisCalculationmethodappliestothefollowingloadtypes:-fluidpressure:internalorexternal;-externalloads:axialforcesandbendingmoments;-axialexpansionofflanges,boltsandgasket,inparticularduetothermaleffects.3.4MechanicalmodelTheCalculationmethodisbasedonthefollowingmechanicalmodel:a)Geometryofbothflangesandgasketisaxisymmetric.Smalldeviationssuchasthoseduetoafinitenumberofbolts,arepermitted.Applicationtosplitlooseflangesorovalflangesisnotpermitted.b)Theflangeringcross-section(radialcut)remainsundeformed.Onlycircumferentialstressesandstrainsintheringaretreated;radialandaxialstressesandstrainsareneglected.Thispresuppositionrequirescompliancewithcondition1.3.1a).c)Theflangeringisconnectedtoacylindricalshell.Ataperedhubistreatedasbeinganequivalentcylindricalshellofcalculatedwallthickness,whichisdifferentforelasticandplasticbehaviour,butalwaysbetweentheactualminimumandmaximumthickness.Conicalandsphericalshellsaretreated
