【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoaportableortransportablephotonspectrometryassemblyusingagermanium(Ge)detectortosurvey,insitu,generallyat1mabovegroundlevel,areasintheenvironmentfordiscreteradionuclides.Suchequipmentisusedtomakerapidassessmentsofactivitylevelsandcorrespondingfreeairexposureratesfromphotonemittingradionuclides.Suchmeasurementsmaybeusedtodevelopguidanceforsubsequentfollow-onaction,forexampleincludingradiologicalassessments,samplingandmonitoringprogrammes.(Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoairbornemeasurementsystems,whicharecoveredbyaseparatestandard.SeeIEC61134.)Thisstandardspecifiesforsuchanassemblythegeneralcharacteristics,testmethodsfortheevaluationofradiationcharacteristics,electrical,mechanical,safetyandenvironmentalcharacteristicsspecifictotheapplicationsdescribedabove.Adviceisalsoprovidedinannexesastothecalibration,appropriateuseandinterpretationofthesystemforinsitumeasurements.Aninsituspectrometrysystemisacombinationofinstrumentsorsubassembliesdesignedtomeasure,insitu,thefluxofgammaraysincidentonthedetector,inordertorapidlysurveyareasfordiscreteradionuclidespresentinthesoilorair,eithernaturalormanmade.Thepurposeofthisstandardistospecifytheperformancecharacteristicsofassembliesintendedforthedeterminationofsurfacesoilactivity.Accordingly,thisstandarda)specifiesthefunctionsandperformancecharacteristicsofmeasuringassemblies,andb)specifiesthemethodsoftesttobeusedtodeterminecompliancewiththerequirementsofthisstandard.
