【摘要】:ThispartofISO10893specifiesrequirementsforautomatedfullperipheralultrasonicshearwave(generatedbyconventionalorphasedarraytechnique)testingofseamlessandwelded[exceptsubmergedarc-welded(SAW)]steeltubes,forthedetectionoflongitudinaland/ortransverseimperfections.Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthepurchaseorder,thetestingmethodisapplicabletothedetectionofpredominantlylongitudinalimperfections.Inthecaseoftestingonlongitudinalimperfections,Lambwavetestingcanbeappliedatthediscretionofthemanufacturer.Forseamlesstubes,byagreementbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer,testingprinciplesofthispartofISO10893canbeappliedtodetectimperfectionshavingotherorientations.ThispartofISO10893isapplicabletotheinspectionoftubeswithanoutsidediametergreaterthanorequalto10mm,normallywithanoutsidediameter-to-thicknessratiogreaterthanorequalto5.ThispartofISO10893canalsobeapplicabletothetestingofcircularhollowsections.NOTEForoptionsfortestingtubeswithanoutsidediameter-to-thicknessratiolessthan5onlongitudinalimperfections,seeAnnexA.
