【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedetectionandidentificationofavolatileorganiccontaminantinedibleoils.Itisapplicabletotheidentificationofvolatileindustrialchemicalsinbothcrudeandrefinededibleoilsthataresuspectedofbeingcontaminated.Italsoenablesdeterminationoftheconcentrationofthecontaminant.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothedeterminationoftheconcentrationofchemicalsthatmayreactwiththeedibleoilorwithoneofitsnaturalcomponents.Inthesecases,thepresenceofthecontaminantmaysometimesbeestablishedonaqualitativebasis.Also,thisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletonon-volatilechemicals.Thismethodhasbeenshowntobeapplicablefortheidentificationofthefollowingcompoundclasses:—saturatedhalogenatedhydrocarbons;—unsaturatedhalogenatedhydrocarbons;—esters;aldehydes;alcohols;amines;ketones;ethers;—cyclicandaromaticcompounds;—nitrogencompounds;—acrylates;etc.Themethodhasbeenevaluatedforconcentrationsintherangeof1mg/kgto10mg/kg.
