【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardshallbeusedtogetherwithEN12629-1:2000"Machinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium-silicate-Safety-Part1:Commonrequirements",whichspecifiesgeneralrequirementsofmachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium-silicate.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheadditionalrequirementstoand/ortheexceptionsfromEN12629-1:2000specificfortheconcreterooftilemakingmachinesasdefinedin3.1.1LimitsofthemachineThetilemakingmachineisconsideredtobeginatthepointwheremouldsand/ortheconcretearedeliveredtothefixedpartofthemachineandendsafterthetilecuttingprocesswhereproductsontheirmouldsaredeliveredontoanoutfeedconveyor(seeAnnexesAandB).Mouldsandconcretemaybedeliveredtoandremovedfromthemachinebyhand.Thepreparationoftheconcretemixtureandthetransportfromthemixertothemachinearenotcoveredbythisstandard.Theequipmentforthetransportandhandlingofformedproductsisnotcoveredbythisstandard.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttoconcreterooftilemakingmachinesincludingtheinterfaceswiththeexceptionofnoisehazards,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.NOTEAmendmentisunderpreparationtodealwithnoise,inparticularformeasurestoreducenoiseatsourceandanoisetestcodeincludingnoisedeclaration.Thisstandardestablishessafetyrequirementsand/ormethodsofprotectionwhichappliestothesemachines.3Seesubclause1.3ofEN12629-1:2000.
