【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufacturofhand-heldblendersandwhisksusedinthecommercialandinstitutionalcatering,andinfoodshops.Theterm"hand-heldblenders"isusedtorefertotheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Themachinescoveredbythisstandardarehand-heldapplianceswhosetoolsisintendedtoprocessafoodstuffinacontainer.Toolsaredesignedtocrush,mix,mash,emulsify,etc.foodstuffssuchasvegetablesintosoups,mashes,purees,sauces,mayonnaise,cream,dairyproductsandmoregenerallytoprocessallsolid,liquid,pastyorpowderyfoodstuffstoobtainahomogeneousfluid.Theseappliancesaredesignedtoprocessupto100loffoodinoneoperation.Thisstandardappliestothefollowingmachines,accordingtotheirweightandtotheoperatingmodesrequiredbytheirintendeduse:-manuallyoperatedmachines,usingoneorbothhands,actuatedthroughoutthewholeoperation;-machinesoperatingrestingonthebottomofthecontainer;-machinesfixedtoorplacedonaspecialsupportwhichcanbefittedtothecontainer.Thesupportactsasasubstitutefortheoperatorforoperationsthattakealongtimeorforfoodprocessingwhichmaypresentrisksofburns(steamorsplashes).
