【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816givescriteriaforassessingvibrationlevelswhenmeasurementsaremadeinsitu.Thecriteriaspecifiedapplytomachinesetshavingapowerabove15kWandoperatingspeedsbetween120r/minand15000r/min.ThemachinesetscoveredbythispartofISO10816include:--steamturbineswithpowerupto50MW;--steamturbinesetswithpowergreaterthan50MWandspeedsbelow1500r/minorabove3600r/min(notincludedinISO10816-2);--rotarycompressors;--industrialgasturbineswithpowerupto3MW;--generators;--electricalmotorsofanytype;--blowersorfans.NOTEHowever,thevibrationcriteriapresentedinthispartofISO10816aregenerallyonlyapplicabletofanswithpowerratingsgreaterthan300kWorfanswhicharenotflexiblysupported.Asandwhencircumstancespermit,recommendationsforothertypesoffans,includingthosewithlightweightsheetmetalconstruction,willbeprepared.Untilsuchtime,classificationscanbeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandthecustomer,usingresultsofpreviousoperationalexperience,seealsoISO1469414].ThefollowingareexcludedfromthispartofISO10816:--land-basedsteamturbinegeneratorsetswithpowergreaterthan50MWandspeedsof1500r/min,1800r/min,3000r/minor3600r/min(seeISO10816-2);--gasturbinesetswithpowergreaterthan3MW(seeISO10816-4);--machinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplants(seeISO10816-5);machinescoupledtoreciprocatingmachines(seeISO10816-6);--rotodynamicpumpsincludingintegratedelectricmotors,i.e.wheretheimpellerismounteddirectlyonthemotorshaftorisrigidlyattachedtoit(seeISO10816-7);--rotarypositivedisplacementcompressors(e.g.screwcompressors);--reciprocatingcompressors;--reciprocatingpumps;--submergedmotor-pumps;--windturbines.ThecriteriaofthispartofISO10816applytoinsitubroad-bandvibrationmeasurementstakenonthebearings,bearingpedestals,orhousingofmachinesundersteady-stateoperatingconditionswithinthenominaloperatingspeedrange.Theyrelatetobothacceptancetestingandoperationalmonitoring.TheevaluationcriteriaofthispartofISO10816aredesignedtoapplytobothcontinuousandnon-continuousmonitoringsituations.ThispartofISO10816encompassesmachineswhichmayhavegearsorrollingelementbearings,butdoesnotaddressthediagnosticevaluationoftheconditionofthosegearsorbearings.Thecriteriaareapplicableonlyforthevibrationproducedbythemachinesetitselfandnotforvibrationwhichistransmittedtothemachinesetfromexternalsources.
