【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheperformancecharacteristicsandperformancetestconditionsforelectrodynamicvibrationgeneratorsystemsandprovidesalistofadditionalequipmentcharacteristics(seeAnnexA)thatcanbedeclaredbytheequipmentmanufacturer.Thisinformationcanbeusedbytheuserorthewriterofspecificationsforequipmentfortheselectionofsuchasystem,takingintoaccountitsapplication.ThisInternationalStandardestablishesproceduresforcalculatingthesystemperformanceofasystemcomprisinganamplifierfromonesourceandavibratorfromadifferentsource.Suchacalculatedsystemperformanceislessprecisethanperformancemeasuredonasystemcomprisingtheactualvibratorandamplifier,andareserveofcalculatedforceisrecommended.Itcanbedesirabletospecifyseparatelytheacquisitionofneededvibratorand/oramplifierinterfacedata,particularlyifavibratororamplifieristobeacquiredtoaddtoanexistinginstallation.Itcanalsobedesirabletospecifytheresponsibilityforthecalculationofperformance.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoequipmentproducingsine,randomandimpulserectilinearvibration.Itisimpliedthatallsystemsareusableforsinetestingatleastatalowlevel,sincesinecapabilityisneededforspecimenresponseevaluationandtransferfunctionmeasurementsforrandomandimpulsetesting.Whenrandomcapabilityisspecified,itisimpliedthatsomesinecapabilityisalsoavailable.Similarly,whenimpulsecapabilityisspecified,itisimpliedthatsomesine,butnotnecessarilyrandom,capabilityisavailable.NOTEThreegroupsofpeopleareexpectedtousethisInternationalStandard:thesupplieroftheequipment,thepurchaseroftheequipment,andtheorganizationthatteststheequipment.Thesupplieroftheequipmentstatesthat"rated"performanceisavailable,typicallyasstatedinsalesliterature.Thepurchaserstatesthe"specified"performanceoftheequipmentthathewillaccept,typicallylessthanorequaltotheratedperformance.Thetestorganization"provides"theresultsofitstestsandobservations,typicallybyawrittenreport,whichmayincludetheconditionsandaccuracyofeachmeasurement,andillustrationssuchaswaveforms,performancegraphsandtablesofvalues.
