【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandard,appliedtogetherwithEN1553:1999,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationfordesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledseeddrills,includingtheseedingfunctionofcombinedseedandfertilizerdrills,usedinagricultureandinforestry.Inaddition,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenrequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardaredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinEN1553:1999therequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardtakeprecedenceovertherequirementsofEN1553:1999formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotheprovisionsofthisEuropeanStandard.Itdoesnotapplyto:?fertilizerdistributorsdesignedonlyforsolidfertilizerapplication(dealtwithinEN14017);?seeddrillswithintegratedandinseparablepoweredsoilworkingtools(see3.2).NOTEPoweredsoilworkingtoolsaredealtwithinEN708:1996andEN708:1996/A1:2000.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoseeddrills,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4),exceptingthehazardsarisingfrom:?electrostaticphenomena;?externalinfluencesonelectricalequipment;?failureofenergysupply;?failure,malfunctionofcontrolsystem;?inadequatevisibilityfromdrivers/operatorsposition;?travellingfunctions(drive,brakingetc.);?break-upofpartsrotatingathighspeed;?equipmentforloadingseeds(andfertilizer).Itisnotapplicabletoelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)nortoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).TheseaspectsarecoveredbyEN13740-1:2003andEN13740-2:2003forcombinedseedandsolidfertilizerdrills.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoseeddrillswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
