【摘要】:ThispublicationincludesallofthewrittenrepliesissuedbetweentheindicateddatesbytheSecretarialStaff,speakingfortheASMECommitteeonNuclearQualityAssurance,toinquiriesconcerninginterpretationsoftechnicalaspectsofASMENQA-1,QualityAssuranceRequirementsforNuclearFacilityApplications.Theserepliesaretakenverbatimfromtheoriginallettersexceptforafewtypographicalcorrectionsandsomeminoreditorialcorrectionsmadeforthepurposeofimprovedclarity.Insomeinstances,areviewoftheinterpretationrevealedaneedforcorrectionsofatechnicalnature;inthesecasesacorrectedinterpretationfollowsimmediatelyaftertheoriginalreply.TheseinterpretationswerepreparedinaccordancewiththeaccreditedASMEprocedures.ASMEproceduresprovideforreconsiderationoftheseinterpretationswhenorifadditionalinformationisavailablewhichtheinquirerbelievesmightaffecttheinterpretation.Further,personsaggrievedbythisinterpretationmayappealtothecognizantASMEcommitteeorsubcommittee.ASMEdoesnot“approve,”“certify,”“rate,”or“endorse”anyitem,construction,proprietarydevice,oractivity.AninterpretationappliestotheEditionandAddendastatedintheinterpretationitselfor,ifnoneisstated,tothelatestpublishedEditionandAddendaatthetimeitisissued.Subsequentrevisionstotherulesmayhavesupersededthereply.Fordetailedinstructionsonthepreparationoftechnicalinquiries,refertothePreparationofTechnicalInquiriestotheNuclearQualityAssuranceCommittee(p.viofASMENQA-1).
