【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifieselectricalandrelatedmechanicalsafetyrequirementsfordesignandconstructionoftheelectricalinstallationinbatterypoweredindustrialtruckshereinafterreferredtoastrucks,withnominalvoltagesofthetrucksystemupto240V.AnnexAisnormativeandgivesrequirementsfor"Connectorsfortractionbatteries".AnnexBisnormativeandcontains"Electricmotors—Outputandtestrules"andannexCisnormativeandcontains"Electromagneticcontactors".NOTE1Referenceismadetothisstandardinotherstandardswhichcoverthenon-electricalrequirementsofthevariousindustrialtrucktypes.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotaddressthesubjectofchargingoftractionbatteries(CENELECTC21Xispreparingsafetystandardsforbatterycharging).NOTE3Thisstandarddoesnotaddressthesubjectofelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC).NOTE4Thespecialrequirementsforoperationinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresarenotcoveredinthisstandard.2Therequirementsofthisstandardareapplicable,whentrucksareoperatedunderthefollowingclimaticconditions:—averageambienttemperatureforcontinuousduty:+25℃;—maximumambienttemperature,shortterm(uptolh):+40℃;—lowestambienttemperaturefortrucksintendedforuseinnormalindoorconditions:+5℃;—lowestambienttemperaturefortrucksintendedforuseinnormaloutdoorconditions:-20℃;—altitude:upto2000m;—relativehumidity:intherange30%to95%(noncondensing).3Thisstandardcoversspecifichazards(listedinclause4),whichcouldoccurduringtheintendeduseoftrucks.Forhazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioning,de-commissioninganddisposal,referenceshouldbemadetoEN292:1991.
