【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsforthedesignandperformanceofairbornesense-and-avoid(SA)systems.Thisspecificationincludesrequirementstosupportdetectionof,andsafeseparationfrom,airborneobjectssuchasmannedorunmannedaircraftandairvehicles.1.2Thisspecificationappliestothemanufacturerofanapplianceseekingcivilaviationauthorityapproval,intheformofflightcertificates,flightpermits,orotherlikedocumentation,asprovidinganequivalentlevelofsafetytothesee-and-avoidcapabilityofahumanpilot.1.3ThisspecificationisnotintendedtoapplytothedesignandperformanceofcooperativeSAsystems.Existingstandardsandguidanceshouldbereferencedforspecificationsdescribingthesetransponderorbroadcast-basedsystems(examplesofexistingguidanceandstandardsforcooperativeSAsystemsincludeFAA20-131A,RTCADO-289,andTSO-C119B).1.4Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytoapplianceson-boardoneormoreairborneobjectsflyinginformationflight.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
