【摘要】:ThispartofISO24497specifiesthegeneralrequirementsfortheapplicationofthemethodofmetalmagneticmemoryofcomponents,units,equipment,andstructuresforvariousapplicationpurposes.Itcoversnon-destructivetesting.Thepurposesofthemethodarethefollowing.-Determinationofheterogeneityofthestress/strainstateofequipmentandstructuresandrevealingofstressconcentrationzonesasthemainsourcesofdamage.-Determinationoflocationstoperformmetalsamplinginstressconcentrationzonesforassessmentofthemicrostructural-mechanicalstate.-Earlydiagnosticsoffatiguedamageandevaluationofequipmentandstructurelife.-Reductionoftestingandmaterialcostswithitsutilizationincombinationwithconventionalmethodsofnon-destructivetesting.-Qualitycontrolofweldedjointsofvarioustypesandembodiment(includingcontactandspotwelding).-Veryquicksortingofnewandusedmachine-buildingproductsbytheirmicrostructuralheterogeneity.
