【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsandprovidesrecommendationsapplicabletofixedconcreteoffshorestructuresforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries,andspecificallyaddressesa)thedesign,construction,transportationandinstallationofnewstructures,includingrequirementsforin-serviceinspectionandpossibleremovalofstructures,b)theassessmentofstructuresinservice,andc)theassessmentofstructuresforreuseatotherlocations.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtocovertheengineeringprocessesneededforthemajorengineeringdisciplinestoestablishafacilityforoffshoreoperation.ItcanalsobeusedforthedesignoffloatingconcretestructuresasspecifiedinISO19904-1[11](andthefutureISO19904-2[12]whenpublished)andforarcticstructures(asspecifiedinthefutureISO19906[7]whenpublished).Inordertoprovideastandardthatwillbeusefultotheindustry,acomprehensivetreatmentofsometopicsisprovidedwherethereiscurrentlynorelevantreference.Forsuchwell-knowntopicsasthedesignformulasforconcretestructuralmembers,thisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithasuitablereferencestandardforbasicconcretedesign(see8.2.1).Thedesignercanusesuitablenationalorregionaldesignstandardsthatprovidetherequiredlevelofsafety.OnlyotherISOdocumentswillbereferenceddirectlyinthetext.
