【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletopipelineswithamaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)over16barforthecarriageofprocessed,non-toxicandnon-corrosivenaturalgasaccordingtoENISO13686inonlandgassupplysystems,where:--pipelineelementsaremadeofunalloyedorlow-alloyedcarbonsteel;--pipelineelementsarejoinedbywelds,flangesormechanicalcouplings;--thepipelineisnotlocatedwithincommercialorindustrialpremisesasanintegralpartoftheindustrialprocessonthesepremisesexceptforanypipelinesandfacilitiessupplyingsuchpremises;--thedesigntemperatureofthesystemisbetween-40~Cand120~Cinclusive.Thestandardappliestoonshorepipelinesystemsfromthepointwherethepipelinefirstcrosseswhatisnormallyacceptedasbatterylimitbetweenonandoffshore,e.g.:--firstisolationvalve;--thebaseofsteepseashelf;--abovethehighwater/lowwatermarkontomainland;--anisland.Thepipelinestandardalsoappliestoapipelinesystemwithastartingpointonshore,alsowhenpartsofthepipelinesystemonthemainlandsubsequentlycrossfjords,lakesetc.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoexistingpipelines,inusepriortothepublicationofthisEuropeanStandard,nortomodificationstoexistingpipelines.GassupplysystemscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardbeginafterthegasproducer'smeteringstation.Thefunctionaldemarcationofthepipelinesystemwithinaplantareawillbedeterminedfromcasetocase.Generallyspeaking,thiswillbedirectlyafterthefirstisolatingvalveoftheinstallation.Thisstandardalsodescribesthemechanicalrequirementsforpipeworkinstationswithamaximumoperatingpressuregreaterthan16bar.WeldingrequirementsaredescribedinaspecialapplicationstandardonweldingforgassupplysystemsEN12732.Functionalrequirementsforstationsaregivenin:EN1776,Gassupplysystems-Naturalgasmeasuringstations-FunctionalrequirementsEN1918-5,Gassupplysystems-Undergroundgasstorage-Part5:FunctionalrecommendationsforsurfacefacilitiesEN12186,Gassupplysystems-Gaspressureregulatingstationsfortransmissionanddistribution-FunctionalrequirementsEN12583,Gassupplysystems-Compressorstations-FunctionalrequirementsThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethattheremayexistmoredetailednationalstandardsandcodesofpracticeintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinthenationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.ReferenceismadeinthisEuropeanStandardtorelevantEuropeanandotherrecognizedstandardsforproductsusedtoconstructandoperategassupplysystems.AschematicrepresentationofpipelinesforgastransmissionisgiveninFigure1.
