【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversfourgradesoffueloilmadeinwholeorinpartwithhydrocarbon-basedusedorreprocessedlubricatingoilorfunctionalfluids,suchaspreservativeandhydraulicfluids.Thefourgradesoffuelareintendedforuseinvarioustypesoffuel-oilburningindustrialequipmentundervariousclimaticandoperatingconditions.Thesefuelsarenotintendedforuseinresidentialheaters,smallcommercialboilers,orcombustionengines.GradesRF04,RF05L,RF05H,andRF06areusedlubricatingoilblends,withorwithoutdistillateorresidualfueloil,orboth,ofincreasingviscosityandareintendedforuseinindustrialburnersequippedtohandlethesetypesofrecycledfuels.Note1-Forinformationonthesignificanceoftheterminologyandtestmethodsusedinthisspecification,seeAppendixX1.Thisspecificationisforuseincontractsforthepurchaseoffueloilsderivedfromusedlubricatingoilandfortheguidanceofconsumersofsuchfuels.Thisspecificationdoesnotaddressthefrequencywithwhichanyparticulartestmustrun.Nothinginthisspecificationshallprecludeobservanceofnationalorlocalregulations,whichcanbemorerestrictive.Insomejurisdictions,usedoilisconsideredahazardouswasteandfuelsfromusedoilarerequiredtomeetcertaincriteriabeforeuseasafuel.Note2-ForUnitedStatesfederalrequirementsimposedonusedoilgenerators,transportersandtransferfacilities,reprocessors,marketers,andburners,see40CFR279.Note3-Thegenerationanddissipationofstaticelectricitycancreateproblemsinthehandlingofdistillateburnerfueloils.Formoreinformationonthesubject,seeGuideD4865.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard;non-SIunits,whengiven,areforinformationonly.
