【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfourmethodsfordeterminationofthesusceptibilityornickel-basedalloystointergranularcorrosion.Thesemethodsareforlaboratorytestingofsuscep-tibilityonly,andadirectcorrelationwithinter-granularcorrosioninactualservicemaynotoccurunlesstheservicemediumisthesameasthetestmedium.Themethodscoveredareasfollows:—MethodA:iron(III)sulfate—sulfuricacidtest(section2);—MethodB:copper—copper-sulfate—16%sulfuricacidtest(section3);—MethodC:hydrochloricacidtest(section4);—MethodD:nitricacidtest(section5);Theappropriatemethodforusewithagivenalloy,theselectionofsensitizingtreatment,andtheac-ceptancecriteriatobeusedinanyevaluationhavetobeagreedbetweenthebuyerandsellerofthealloy.Asaguide,themethodsspecifiedinthisIn-ternationalStandardshouldbeapplicabletothosenickel-basedalloysusedforcorrosionserviceandlistedinISO62O7[1],
