【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60034-18describesproceduresforevaluationofinsulationsystemsbyendurancetestingwherethermalandelectricalstressesareappliedsimultaneously.Theproceduresareintendedforinsulationsystemsused,orproposedtobeused,ina.c.electricalmachinesusingform-woundwindings.Thetestproceduresprovideacomparisonofperformancebetweenreferenceandcandidatesystemsatcombinationsofvoltageandtemperaturewhichhavebeenusedseparatelytoassessqualityinthepastandwhicharechosentoproducefailureswithinasuitabletimescaleandatstresseswithinpracticallimits.Theoutcomeofthetestonthecandidateinsulationsystemwillindicatewhetheritisbetterorworsethanthereferencesystemwithprovenserviceexperiencebutwillnotenablealifetimeinservicetobecalculated.Theevaluationdescribedinthistechnicalspecificationdoesnotincludestressgrading.Thetestproceduresinthistechnicalspecificationarenotintendedtoestablishtheinteractionbetweenthermalandelectricalstressintheageingprocessnorendurancelines.Ifadditionalinformationisrequiredonthisinteractionorinordertoachieveendurancelines,itisnecessarytoundertakefurthertestsinwhichelectricalageingiscarriedoutatconstanttemperatureanddifferentvoltages(IEC60034-18-32)andthermalageingisperformedatdifferenttemperaturesandconstantvoltage.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60034-18describesproceduresforevaluationofinsulationsystemsbyendurancetestingwherethermalandelectricalstressesareappliedsimultaneously.Theproceduresareintendedforinsulationsystemsused,orproposedtobeused,ina.c.electricalmachinesusingform-woundwindings.Thetestproceduresprovideacomparisonofperformancebetweenreferenceandcandidatesystemsatcombinationsofvoltageandtemperaturewhichhavebeenusedseparatelytoassessqualityinthepastandwhicharechosentoproducefailureswithinasuitabletimescaleandatstresseswithinpracticallimits.Theoutcomeofthetestonthecandidateinsulationsystemwillindicatewhetheritisbetterorworsethanthereferencesystemwithprovenserviceexperiencebutwillnotenablealifetimeinservicetobecalculated.Theevaluationdescribedinthistechnicalspecificationdoesnotincludestressgrading.Thetestproceduresinthistechnicalspecificationarenotintendedtoestablishtheinteractionbetweenthermalandelectricalstressintheageingprocessnorendurancelines.Ifadditionalinformationisrequiredonthisinteractionorinordertoachieveendurancelines,itisnecessarytoundertakefurthertestsinwhichelectricalageingiscarriedoutatconstanttemperatureanddifferentvoltages(IEC60034-18-32)andthermalageingisperformedatdifferenttemperaturesandconstantvoltage.
