【摘要】:1.1ISO75specifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthetemperatureofdeflectionunderload(flexuralstressunderthree-pointloading)ofplastics.Differenttypesoftestspecimenanddifferentconstantloadsaredefinedtosuitdifferenttypesofmaterial.1.2ThispartofISO75givesageneraltestmethod,part2givesspecificrequirementsforplastics(includingfilledplasticsandfibre-reinforcedplasticsinwhichthefibrelength,priortoprocessing,isupto7,5mm)andebonitewhilepart3givesspecificrequirementsforhigh-strengththermosettinglaminatesandlong-fibre-reinforcedplasticsinwhichthefibrelengthisgreaterthan7,5mm.1.3Themethodsspecifiedaresuitableforassessingtherelativebehaviourofdifferenttypesofmaterialatelevatedtemperatureunderloadataspecifiedrateoftemperatureincrease.Theresultsobtaineddonotnecessarilyrepresentmaximumapplicabletemperatures,becauseinpracticeessentialfactorssuchastime,loadingconditionsandnominalsurfacestressmaydifferfromthetestconditions.Truecomparabilityofdatacanonlybeachievedformaterialshavingthesameroom-temperatureflexuralmodulus.1.4Themethodsspecifypreferreddimensionsforthetestspecimens.Testswhicharecarriedoutonspecimensofdifferentdimensions,oronspecimenswhicharepreparedunderdifferentconditions,mayproducedifferentresults.Consequently,whenrepeatabledataarerequired,samplepreparationconditionsandtestvariablesshouldbecarefullycontrolledandrecorded.1.5Dataobtainedusingthetestmethodsdescribedmaynotbeusedtopredictactualend-useperformance.Thedataarenotintendedfordesignanalysisorpredictingtheenduranceofmaterialsatelevatedtemperatures.1.6Forpart2,twotestspecimenpositionsareallowed.However,theflatwisepositionisthepreferredandrecommendedone,whiletestingintheedgewisepositionisdescribedasoptionalonly.Itisintendedtoremovethisspecimenpositionaltogetheronoccasionofthenextrevisionofthisstandard.Part3onlyallowsflatwisetesting.1.7ThismethodiscommonlyknownastheHDTtest(heatdeflectiontestorheatdistortiontest),althoughthereisnoofficialdocumentusingthisdesignation.
