【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricshavers,hairclippersandsimilarappliancesintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesofsimilarappliancesarethoseusedformanicureandpedicure.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshopsandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE102Examplesofsuchappliancesareanimalclippers,animalshearersandappliancesforhairdressers.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccountNOTE103Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbynationalhealthauthorities,nationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE104Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–massageappliances(IEC60335-2-32);–appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601).
