【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheperformanceofallsemiconductorpowerconvertersandsemiconductorpowerswitchesusingcontrollableand/ornon-controllableelectronicvalvedevices.Theelectronicvalvedevicesmainlycomprisesemiconductordevices,eithernotcontrollable(i.e.rectifierdiodes)orcontrollable(i.e.thyristors,triacs,turn-offthyristorsandpowertransistors).Thecontrollabledevicesmaybereverseblockingorreverseconductingandcontrolledbymeansofcurrent,voltageorlight.Non-bistabledevicesareassumedtobeoperatedintheswitchedmode.Thisstandardisprimarilyintendedtospecifythebasicrequirementsforconvertersingeneralandtherequirementsapplicabletolinecommutatedconvertersforconversionofa.c.powertod.c.powerorviceversa.Partsofthisstandardarealsoapplicabletoothertypesofelectronicpowerconverterprovidedthattheydonothavetheirownproductstandards.Thesespecificequipmentrequirementsareapplicabletosemiconductorpowerconvertersthateitherimplementpowerconversionorusecommutation(forexamplesemiconductorselfcommutatedconverters)orinvolveparticularapplications(forexamplesemiconductorconvertersford.c.motordrives)orincludeacombinationofsaidcharacteristics(forexampledirectd.c.convertersforelectricrollingstock).Thisstandardisapplicabletoallpowerconvertersnotcoveredbyadedicatedproductstandard,orifspecialfeaturesarenotcoveredbythededicatedproductstandard.DedicatedproductstandardsforpowerconvertersshouldrefertothisInternationalStandard.NOTE1ThisstandardisnotintendedtodefineEMCrequirements.Itcoversallphenomenaandthereforeintroducesreferencestodedicatedstandardswhichareapplicableaccordingtotheirscope.NOTE2Alargepartofthisstandard,particularlyforpowertransformers,iscoveredinIEC61378-1.
